Abstract:
The article studies the problem of determination of an executive's personal contribution to a company's activities. In order to solve this problem the authors offer The Model of subjective criteria for job control. In this article a theoretical and practical substantiation of the model is discussed. It is suggested that the model should be used within the program of life-long learning for managers.
