Abstract:
We have prepared ceramic CaCu3Ti4O12 samples by solid-state reaction and investigated the effect of high-pressure/high-temperature processing (p = 8.0 GPa, t = 1100°C) on the structure and electrical properties of CaCu3Ti4O12. © 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
