Abstract:
D-decomposition application for PSS tuning quality evaluation is considered. Calculation of damping domains in the space of PSS tunable parameters based on D-decomposition procedure is described. Proposed technique was applied to linearized model and identified model. MOESP identification procedure was used to estimate equivalent power system model. The influence of identified model sampling time on calculated stability domains was investigated.
