Abstract:
X-ray fluorescence of lithium borate glass with various additives is studied. The possibility of the mutual influence of glass components, as well as equipment, on the results of X-ray analysis is shown. The conditions under which this method can be used for analytical purposes are formulated. © 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
