Abstract:
Nowadays, the transport on a magnetic cushion meets more often. This makes it important to study and design this type of transport. The most important criterion of public transport is reliability. Therefore, in this article is considered the thermal characteristics of a linear induction machine under intensive track operation. Thermal characteristics are calculated using the method of detailed equivalent heat circuit. A brief analysis of the possibility of operation in different operating modes is given. © 2017 IEEE.
