Abstract:
In this article, the maximum electromagnetic torque of the synchronous motor with ring windings calculation algorithm in an ANSYS package is provided. This algorithm has been tested with calculation of an electromagnetic torque of a standard synchronous motor; its results are presented in part III. The design of a synchronous motor with ring windings is described in part II; graphs of the received electromagnetic torque dependences on the operating angle are shown in part IV. The purpose of the synchronous motor with ring windings designing is adduced in part I.
