The sample included volunteers aged from 18 to 65 years old engaged in volunteer work of different types (N=1208, stratified random sampling, statistical error does not exceed 0.3). There are two groups of volunteers presented in the sample: formal and informal volunteers. Activity areas of volunteers with experience in NGOs and those volunteers who helped other people without any organizations are described in the work.
