Abstract:
A process of directional crystallization of the binary melt is considered. A possibility for destruction of solidification plane front owing to affecting the concentration supercooling and small perturbations of its morphology in the context of automodel crystallization regime is investigated. The result of analysis of the morphological stability for the plane automodel front are given with regard to the thermodiffusion in the melt.
