Abstract:
By means of ``1,2,4-triazine{''} strategy new DTTA-appended 6-phenyl- and 5,6-diphenyl-2,2'-bipyridines - ligands for lanthanides cations have been synthesized, and their luminescent lanthanides (Sm3+, Eu3+, Tb3+ and Dy3+ water-soluble complexes have been prepared. The photophysical properties of new chelates were studied; comparison of quantium yields of fluorescence and lanthanide cation luminescence has been fulfilled. Comparison of characteristics of new complexes with ones of some previously published chelates has been done, for some cases a bathochromic shift in absorption spectra and higher lanthanide luminescence quantum yields were observed.
