Abstract:
Oxygen nonstoichiometry of La1-xSrxCo1-yMeyO3-δ (Me = Ni, Fe) has been studied as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure (1 to 10-3 atm) by TGA. The defect structure of complex oxides was described within the point defects approach by fitting the parameters of theoretical equations log (PO2) = f (δ) to the set of experimental data. Partial molar enthalpy and partial molar entropy of oxygen in La1-xSrxCo1-yMeyO3-δ (Me = Ni, Fe) were calculated. © 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
