Abstract:
The problem of stability in regard to a part of variables (partial stability) is considered. Reasons and ″consequences″ of assignment of allowable bounds of ″noncontrollable″ variables changes in the problem are analyzed. Additional restrictions on ″noncontrollable″ variables in the study of partial stability is shown to lead to the possibility of using Lyapunov functions with ″intermediate″ properties. Some additions to the main theorem about stability are given in respect to a variables part that take into account arising peculiarities. Statements, allowing to understand specifical properties of partly stable systems operation, are formulated.
