Abstract:
We report a study of periodically poled congruent LiNbO3 by means of micro-Raman spectroscopy. We show that the Raman spectrum is sensitive to the structural changes in the regions close to the domain walls and therefore can be used for characterizing the ferroelectric domain structure.
