Abstract:
Peculiar features of mass transfer mechanism in solid-phase chemical processes to be realized in a fine-dispersion mixture are analyzed. On the base of elementary analysis hydrodynamical forces and the strength of autohesive bonds between particles the dependence of the size of the crystallization bridges, formed under local interaction on vibrofluidization conditions is suggested. The reaction cessation temperature during vibrofluidization of the interacting mixture is evaluated. The evaluated data have been experimentally verified when studying the reaction of copper oxide and copper powder, as well as carbon-thermal reduction of cobalt oxides.
