Abstract:

The influence of pressure on the steam gasification of Borodino coal at large excesses of steam has been studied. The range of change of pressure was 0. 1-1. 1 MPa and of temperature 750-1000 degree C. It was shown that at pressures above 0. 5 MPa the adsorption of the steam no longer limits the specific rate of the reaction.
