Abstract:
A method is proposed for calculating the compensator of a multisection inductive crucible furnace, to which power is supplied by means of a single-phase thyristor frequency converter. The results of computer simulation and physical modeling of a multiphase inductor with compensators are compared. © 2013 Allerton Press, Inc.
