Abstract:
Literature data of the past 15 years on the physicochemical and electrochemical properties of Li-Mn spinels are reviewed. Physicochemical characteristics of stoichiometric and defected spinels, chemical deintercalation of lithium out of spinels, electrochemical processes in spinels, syntheses of spinels with improved electrochemical characteristics, and doped spinels are perused. © 2001 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
