Abstract:
An automated computer-controlled system for measuring the kinematic viscosity of melts is described. Data-processing flowcharts for an oscillatory suspender unit and a furnace-temperature control unit are presented. The proposed method is compared with an existing method of viscosity measurement. © 1998 Kluwer Academic/Plenum Publishers.
