Abstract:
The basis is given for development of an effective design of corona electrode for a compact combined centrifugal-electric unit - type ENVGK direct-flow electrocyclone. Results are presented for bench tests of several designs, and the most effective version providing the maximum degree of cleaning at minimal hydraulic resistance to a high-velocity spinning flow is selected. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
