Abstract:
In the paper, the experience of theoretical and experimental investigations performed by authors using industrial glass furnaces of different design and the analysis of mathematical modeling of heat exchange processes taking place inside these furnaces is generalized. The most perfect zonal method of mathematical modeling was used for calculating the heat exchange. Recommendations on the efficient organization of various fuels combustion in the glass furnaces are given.
