Abstract:
Current determinate approaches to designing strategic and tactical models for controlling technological processes in metallurgy are considered. Dynamic zonal-nodal method is presented as example of complete model for thermal processes. Ratios of efficiency self-excited generation in relation to flow masses and heat capacities are considered for thermal and physico-chemical processes. Peculiarities of efficiency-intensity characteristics for heat exchange processes in the mode of self-excited generation are identified. Transferable motivation model for labour activity is presented. Examples of using control models for estimating concrete optimal conditions of industrial, technological and constructive situations are considered.
