Abstract:

Benzene produced during coal carbonization and coal tar contain large amounts of compounds which are initial raw materials for manufacturing the chemical products. The benzene and coal tar are processed for producing the benzene hydrocarbons and naphthalene. Extension of product range makes it possible to improve quality of products and profitability of production. This can be provided by method of the oxidizing processing of compounds of coal tar. Wide application of aromatic compounds containing in the tar is performed. Pure compounds and new products are made. Products for pharmacy industry are manufactured.
