Abstract:
The petrolic absorptive oil intensive washing with aqueous solutions containing the hydrophilizing additives (caustic soda, sodium tertiary phosphate) is characterized as the most rational way of the oil desliming. The washing alkali medium neutralizes the oil acidic components and decreases the corrosiveness. The return oil moisture content decrease allows to decrease the overpressure at the oil distillation and increase the desorption degree of benzene hydrocarbons. The washing solution circuit closure provides the abrupt decrease of waste water release. The regular and complete oil desliming decreases the hydraulic resistance of collecting and heal-exchange equipment.
