Abstract:
The aim of the work was to obtain reliably measured neutron and gamma-radiation fluxes conditioned by cyclic phase transitions system which induced by laser pulses in Ti-D2-H2-T2. Titanium hydride rod after thermal vacuum degassing was heated in deuterium environment up to 823 K and saturated with deuterium until reaching the composition of γ-phase near phase boundary. Thermal cycling in the vicinity of equilibrous state Ttr was performed with heating by Nd-YAG laser. It was stated that neutron fluxes exceeding 18 times background values were registered near β→β+γ and β+γ→γ phase transition boundaries. Gamma radiation flux was twice as much compared to a background. The possible reasons of the results obtained are disscussed.
