Abstract:
The process of spontaneous interfacial convection in the acetic acid-heptane-water system was studied by correlation spectroscopy. The molecular-kinetic characteristics of the system and the intensity and duration of the mass transfer process were examined. The diffusion coefficient and viscosity for the process of interfacial convection and for the stationary regime were determined.
