Abstract:
The purpose of the work was to find a functional relationship which could describe experimental kinetic data satisfactorily and could be smoothed by simple methods. The experiments were conducted as follows: The height of drop fall was measured with of the aid of the movable capillary and, with all the parameters of drop formation kept constant, the dependence of the residual concentration of the transferred substance on the cost contact time (the traversed path) was determined. Kinetic curves were obtained in this way for transfer of a number of substances from drops into the surrounding continuous phase.
