Abstract:
It is ascertained that the directional affecting on the melt in the smelting process enables to control a resulting cast structure. So, heating the melt higher than critical temperature is attended with the uniform structure forming, in which is even distributed the carbide precipitates and eutectics. The optimization of chemical composition and heat treating regime correction are needed to raise a structural stability of metal, for an example, high chromium ChS-70 alloy.
