Abstract:
The temperature dependences of specific resistivity ρ(T) were investigated. High-temperature X-ray diffractometry was performed on PdxCu100-x, Pd45Cu55-yIny, Pd50Cu50-yIny (x=46-49, y=0.5-2.0 at.%) in the temperature range from 300 to 1100 K. The complicated shape of r(T) is due to B2-A1 transformations. The value of ρ is governed by the phase composition (volume fraction of A1-phase). The introduction of indium raises the temperature and intensifies the high-temperature B2-A1 transformation sharply.
