Abstract:
An interaction of Ti and Zr with melts, containing silver ions over the AgCl concentration range from 0.05 to 95%, in the eutectic mixtures of NaCl-CsCl, NaCl-CaCl2 and in CaCl2 is investigated by the optic microscopic and electrochemical methods. The conditions for preparation of the good-adherent filament-like deposits with high-developed surface and continuous coatings of silver on titanium via contact exchange method are ascertained.
