Abstract:
The temperature dependences of viscosity and root-mean-square deviation of it values for Ga-10 at.% Pb-Sn melts (Sn = 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.50, 1.75, 2.00, 5.00, 15.00. 25.00; 40.00 at.%) are investigated. The clear branching is identified on the curves, obtained at heating with following cooling. It is related to irreversible destruction of the metastable microheterogeneous condition, inherited from starting macroscopic-segregated sample. The essential lowering in melt homogenizing temperature is noted for 5 and 15 at.% Sn concentrations.
