Abstract:
The effects of crystallization conditions (melt heating temperature and cooling rate) on the size and morphology of ultradispersed crystals of intermetallic compounds are considered. Insight into the metastable colloid state of the melt makes it possible to perform the qualitative transformations of the crystal structure of the alloys obtained by rapid quenching from various temperatures. © 1995.
