Abstract:
A method of modeling is developed taking into account the deformation of the correlation properties when the initial normal basis is converted nonlinearly. The model additively reproduces both the statistics of the amplitude and the correlation-spectral properties of radar reflections from the wavy surface of the sea for small radar beam glancing angles.
