Abstract:
Magnetic and neutron diffraction measurements have been taken and the concentration ranges of ferromagnetism, antiferromagnetism and the transition from one magnetic structure to the other determined. The relation establishes the extent of the approximation of a determination of the mean magnetic moment from neutron diffraction data for the case where atoms with different magnetic moments and form factors are statistically distributed in the site of a magnetic sublattice. The magnetic moments of manganese and iron atoms do not depend on composition.
