Abstract:
Effectiveness of finned heating surfaces is considered under the conditions of combined heat and mass transfer, i.e., when a component of the mixture condenses on fins. Reduction of a finned heat exchanger's effectiveness is estimated for the case when steam from combustion products condenses on its surface. © Nauka/Interperiodica 2006.
