Abstract:
Scheme of the experimental plant for investigating erosion wear of surfaces in fluidized circulating bed apparatus, the design, and operating principle have been given. The results have been illustrated by dependences graphs. On the apparatus section, the tubes wears have been established to be maximal at the channel axis, and the wear decreases by 2-3 orders at the apparatus wall. Wear intensity linearly increases with particles concentration and speed. Recommendations on vertical layout of tubes in furnace of circulating fluidized bed boiler along the boiler furnace walls have been given.
