Abstract:

Thermal calculation for furnaces with low-temperature and circulating fluidised beds is based on the Standard method but has certain features connected with the particular nature of combustion of the fuel. Data are given which supplement the corresponding sections of the Standard method. In preparing the data the authors attempted to make allowance for the observations of practically all of the organisations in the country involved in developing fluidised bed furnaces. The numbering of the items and formulae of the Standard method has been preserved. The units of the physical quantities are given in the SI system.
