Abstract:
Experimental study of the effect of fluidizing agent (air) velocity on the quality of separation of solid materials in a continuously operating laboratory apparatus with two fluidized beds one above the other, with and without the incorporation of a third solid material as a packing. Results indicate that recovery of a pure heavy component in equipment of this type is simpler than recovery of a pure light component.
