Abstract:
The exchange interaction of indium and zinc sulfides with an arsenite ion in a sulfuric-acid medium is investigated under laboratory conditions. Based on the regularities that are revealed, a method for the additional recovery of In and Zn from the industrial sulfide cake obtained during the removal of arsenic from the indium-containing solutions is suggested.
