Abstract:
One-stage autoclave leaching of low-grade zinc concentrates with potassium-containing additives is described. The use of an industrial spent electrolyte as the leaching agent virtually does not deteriorate the process efficiency, and the zinc extraction after 1.5 h reaches 96-97.
