Abstract:
It is shown that magnetic-deformation interaction of electrons with elastic oscillations in metallic magnetic superlattices causes the dependence of sound velocity on magnetic field strength to appear, which is associated with a change of the relative orientation of ferromagnetic metal layers magnetization. A correlation was predicted between similar magnetic-field dependences of elastic modules slid magnetoresistance in the superlattices with a giant magnetoresistance. The formulas are given describing the manifestation of the effect at normal ultrasound, penetration and in the spectrum of Love's waves for the structures consisting of the multilayered film under consideration and bulk crystal sublayer.
