Abstract:
Selective methods for the incorporation of stable isotopes N-15 and H-2 into the structure of antiviral medicine ``triazavirine{''} 1 were developed. The synthesized isotopically modified ``triazavirine{''} 1-H-2(3),N-15(3) contained the labeled atoms in both the azole and the azine rings. C-13 and N-15 NMR spectra of the isotope-containing sample 1-H-2(3),N-15(3) were thoroughly analyzed.
