Abstract:
The spin-spin coupling constant (3)J(H,F) of the H(CF2)(2) group varies within 1.6-3.5 Hz for 5-R-F- and 3.8-4.5 Hz for 3-R-F-isoxazoles and pyrazoles in CDCl3 and can serve as a reliable criterion for recognition of regioisomeric and tautomeric structures of H(CF2)(2)-containing heterocyclic compounds.
