Abstract:
Oxygen nonstoichiometry of La(1-x)SrCo(1-y)Me(y)O(3-delta) (Me= Ni, Fe) has been studied as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure (1 to 10(-3) atm) by TGA. The defect structure of complex oxides was described within the point defects approach by fitting the parameters of theoretical equations log(P(O2)) = f (delta) to the set of experimental data. Partial molar enthalpy and partial molar entropy of oxygen in La(1-x)Sr(x)Co(1-y)Me(y)O(3-delta) (Me = Ni, Fe) were calculated. (C) 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
