Abstract:
Two types of samples of general composition: La1-xSrxCo1-yNivO3-delta and (La1-xSrx)(2)Co1-yNiyO4 with various values of x and y were prepared by standard ceramic technique. Final annealing was performed at 1100degreesC in air. Total duration of these anneals was 240-360 It. Identification of phase composition was made by powder XRD method. Crystal structure refinement was performed using Rietveld analysis. The homogeneity ranges of solid solutions were determined and presented in the composition fields. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
