Abstract:

Results of empirical research of ideas of a parenting, estimates of operating measures of stimulation of birth rate are given in article. Data are obtained during poll of pregnant women of Ekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region. Economic measures of stimulation of birth rate are offered to be added ideological which will be developed taking into account that the birth, leaving, socialization and training of children is a work. In article the theoretical foundations of the sociological analysis of parental work are formulated.
