Abstract:
Systematic thermogravimetric studies of the oxygen nonstoichiometry of La1-xMexCoO3-delta (Me=Ca, Sr, Ba) as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure have been performed in the present work. The modeling of the defect structure of La1-xMexCoO3-delta involves the examination of disordering processes and their fitness to the experimental data. Although suggested models have not revealed drastic changes in the defect structure in vicinity of ``electronic stoichiometry{''} point, the thermodynamic property dependencies showed some peculiarity in that region.
