Abstract:
We have investigated by computer simulation the mechanism of sideways motion of 180degrees domain wall through the nucleation and growth of reversed step-like domains by taking into account the nuclei-step interaction. It was shown that the moving domain walls display the fractal shape and their motion is accompanied by Flicker noise in switching current.
