Abstract:
The oxygen nonstoichiometry (delta) of the La2-xSr(x)CuO4-delta (0.2 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.6) was studied as a function of temperature (900-1300 K) and oxygen partial pressure (3.6 x 10(-4)-1 atm.) using the thermogravimetric technique. The absolute value of oxygen nonstoichiometry were determined by the direct reduction in a flux of hydrogen. Experimental results are fitted by linear and parabolic equations. Probable disordering processes are discussed. Based on the experimental data thermodynamic parameters of disordering processes (DELTA-H0-degrees, DELTA-S0-degrees, DELTA-H(v)-degrees, DELTA-S(v)-degrees) have been calculated.
