Abstract:
The methods of x-ray diffraction analysis, electron microscopy, thermal analysis, and hardness measurement are used to study special features of decomposition of metastable beta-solid solution in welds of titanium alloy VT19 after hardening from 950 degrees C and aging at 430 and 500 degrees C.
