Abstract:

A software suite is illustrated for exoelectron flaw detection. The suite is briefly described, particularly the programs for processing and analyzing data in various forms of exoelectron monitoring. Prospects are discussed for a neuron-net expert system for identifying defects that produce emission centers on the surface and under it in insulating materials that have been irradiated or mechanically processed.
