Abstract:
Experimental results are presented of an investigation of TSEE and TL properties of BeO-TiO2 non-stoichiometric ceramics. Non-stoichiometry was created with thermal treatment under reducing conditions. To describe the processes determining the emission properties of these materials, the results of measurements of the spectral composition of TL, ESR and ceramic electroconductivity were used.
